It focuses on the detail techniques, decisions and workflow to complete a supply chain benchmarking program. Workshop includes
  • “How To” Instruction on the use of real benchmarking project deliverables including fundamental definition of supply chains, ranking, strategy, scorecards, data gathering and the benchmark itself.
  • Hands-on exercises focusing on the participants' own companies Group discussion that relate the exercise to next steps in each participant's company to gain an understanding of benchmarking from a wide variety of perspectives.
  • Templates, software tools and step-by-step instruction for use

This 1/2 day Workshop will use NAICS industry codes for determining comparable benchmark demographics, SCOR metrics overview for creating an operations SCORcard and a set of excel-based templates to develop complete deliverables.
