Key supply-chain performance indicators of the framework and how to choose the right indicators to characterize supply-chain performance, and the key best practices for use in benchmarking and performance improvement are included. Lastly, the course takes participants through an example SCOR implementation to understand how to organize and apply the framework to specific problems. Participants receive a copy of the SCOR 9.0 publication, example models, benchmarks, implementation outlines, and quick reference guides. This is a prerequisite to SCOR Implementation, which provides an in-depth training on performing a SCOR program.
This 2-day session intends to increase each participant’s depth of understanding of the SCOR Project Roadmap and develop knowledge and skill of how to produce key project deliverables for project-based or enterprise-scale SCOR implementation. It covers the basic information on the SCOR roadmap, SCOR & Operations Strategy, SCOR & Material Flow, SCOR & Information/Workflow, and SCOR Development, Test, & Rollout. Blending hundreds of SCOR projects worth of experience and a hands-on instructional design, this training will provide activities, tools, lessons learned, techniques, and templates simulating a real SCOR project in an example company.
