Cancellation Policy: For cancellations received in writing by 16 June 2008, a minimum handling fee of S$80 per registrant for administrative costs will be charged; the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions will be accepted.
