The Global Supply Chain Professional Development Committee (hereafter referred to as the "Committee" or "Talent Committee") is an industry/academic consortium established in 2007 to explore, research and address industry concerns about professional development comprising skills, competencies, capabilities and supply of current and future global requirements for supply chain professionals including hiring, development and retention.
